Terms of service
All LABVOCALS sessions are private, one-to-one and taught live online. Booking a session means you accept these terms.
Sessions and pricing
Sessions are available in four lengths: 30 minutes (£100), 60 minutes (£200), 90 minutes (£300) and 2 hours (£400). All lessons are delivered live online via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Skype. All times are scheduled in London time (UK time).
Booking
A booking request is confirmed once availability, payment and the meeting link have been provided. You will receive your session link after confirmation.
Cancellation and refunds
100% refund up to 24 hours before your session. A 50% charge applies within 12 hours. Sessions are non-refundable within 6 hours of the start time.
Lateness and no-shows
If you join late, the session still ends at the scheduled time. If you do not join within 15 minutes of the start, the session is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Conduct
We may end a session without refund in the case of abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
