LABVOCALS collects only the data needed to book and deliver your online vocal lessons — and never sells it.
What we collect
When you book a session we store your name, email address, chosen date, time and session length, your time zone, and any goals you share with us. If you create a member account, we store your login credentials securely through our authentication provider.
How we use it
Your data is used to confirm bookings, send session links and reminders, and deliver your lessons. We do not use your information for advertising profiles and we never sell or rent it to third parties.
Storage and security
Booking data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. Only you can see your own booking history through the member portal.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us through the member portal. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for sign-in and booking. No advertising trackers.
